1/2 pound sharp or extra sharp Crowley cheese
3 ounce package cream cheese
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced onion
Dash of worcestershire sauce or port wine
Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender. Shape into two 7-inch rolls. Roll each in finely chopped blanched almonds. Wrap and refrigerate. Chill thoroughly before serving.
